What to know about each area
Draper
Our clinic is here, so Draper families have the shortest trip and many mix clinic sessions with visits at home. Most of Draper is in Salt Lake County and Canyons School District. Part of SunCrest is in Utah County, which puts those homes in Alpine School District and a different early intervention program.
Sandy
Sandy is just north of Draper and shares Canyons School District with most of Draper, so a school request follows the same Canyons process. Families in Alta Canyon, Willow Creek and historic Sandy can reach the clinic quickly or keep sessions at home.
South Jordan
South Jordan is across the Jordan River in Jordan School District. Glenmoor and the neighborhoods along South Jordan Parkway are closer to Draper; for Daybreak families at the west end of town, in-home sessions usually save the most time.
Riverton
Riverton is a short drive west of Draper and is in Jordan School District. Jordan Child Development Center, the early intervention program for children under 3 in this part of the valley, is based in Riverton.
Bluffdale
Bluffdale borders Draper, so the clinic is close for families in Independence and near Bluffdale City Park. Bluffdale children attend Jordan School District schools, and in-home ABA is available anywhere in town.
Lehi
Lehi is over the Point of the Mountain in Utah County, so its programs differ from Draper’s. Kids On The Move handles early intervention, Alpine School District evaluates children 3 to 5, and Lehi moves to a new school district in July 2027. Primary Children’s in Lehi also does developmental evaluations.
In-home vs. clinic ABA by area
Every town gets the same services. What changes is the drive, the school district and the free programs for young children. Many kids split their hours, with some at the clinic and some at home or school.
| Town | County | School district | Early intervention (under 3) | Common setting mix |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Draper | Salt Lake and Utah counties | Canyons (most of Draper); Alpine (Utah County side) | Jordan Child Development Center (Salt Lake County side); Kids On The Move (Utah County side) | Clinic, home, school and community; the clinic is closest |
| Sandy | Salt Lake County | Canyons School District | Jordan Child Development Center | Clinic is a short drive south; home and school work well too |
| South Jordan | Salt Lake County | Jordan School District | Jordan Child Development Center | Home sessions save the most driving on the west side |
| Riverton | Salt Lake County | Jordan School District | Jordan Child Development Center (based in Riverton) | Home, school or clinic across the river |
| Bluffdale | Salt Lake County | Jordan School District | Jordan Child Development Center | Clinic next door, home sessions across town |
| Lehi | Utah County | Alpine School District | Kids On The Move | Home and school for most hours; clinic over the Point |
In-home ABA
A technician comes to your house in any of the six towns and works on meals, bedtime and getting out the door. It saves the most driving for families farther from Draper.

In-clinic ABA therapyQuestions about the areas we serve
Which towns does your ABA clinic serve?
We serve Draper, Sandy, South Jordan, Riverton, Bluffdale and Lehi. Our clinic is in Draper, and in-home, school and community sessions are available in every one of these towns.
Do I have to come to the clinic?
No. You can do all sessions at home, at school or around town, or split the week between the clinic and home. The BCBA recommends a mix after the assessment, and you decide what works for your schedule.
Which setting makes sense for my town?
Families closest to Draper, in Sandy and Bluffdale, can get to the clinic quickly. Families farther out, like Daybreak in South Jordan or Lehi, often keep most hours at home or at school to cut driving. Your child’s needs matter more than the map, so the BCBA weighs both.
Does the county I live in change anything?
It changes the free public programs, not our services. Salt Lake County towns use Jordan Child Development Center for children under 3. Lehi and the Utah County side of Draper use Kids On The Move. Your school district handles evaluations for ages 3 to 5.
Is insurance different in each town?
No. Utah Medicaid and all major insurance plans accepted, the same in every town we serve. We check your benefits for free before the first session.
Is there a waitlist in the towns near Draper?
No. Families in every town we serve start without a waitlist. Most begin within 2 weeks of insurance approval.
What if my town is not listed?
Send a request anyway with your ZIP code. We will tell you whether in-home sessions can reach you or whether clinic sessions in Draper are the better fit.
